To proceed with any plant hire, the following mandatory requirements must be met before delivery.
The Hirer must provide:

A signed plant hire agreement

Valid hired-in plant insurance
(or written confirmation that insurance is provided by us) -
Company details, including registered name, address, and contact information

Site address and responsible site contact details

Approved Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

Confirmation of a competent operator
(CPCS / NPORS where applicable) -
Purchase Order (PO) or written hire confirmation
-
Delivery and access information for the site
Important Notice
Plant will not be delivered until all mandatory documentation has been received, reviewed, and approved.
Failure to provide the above may result in delayed or cancelled hire, for which no liability will be accepted.
